Cheikh graduated from CW Post with a degree in Computer Sciences and Mathematics. He was recruited by Academy and Fury head coach Paul Riley to play for the school soccer team and was a big part of the team success in the late 90’s.

Soccer has been always part of Cheikh’s life. He is a member of the Paul Riley Soccer School Coaching staff, helping develop young soccer players on Long Island with the Albertson Soccer Club from the Intramural level to the travel program (Fury and Academy). Since graduating from college, Cheikh is working as a Computer Programmer.

Cheikh is a great asset and a key addition to the Academy and Fury Front Office, helping with referee coordination and game day activities in general. He has a great soccer vision and a true knowledge of the game.
